What You Will Learn
Come and be a part of the exciting and dynamic world of L’Oréal USA as a Junior Marketing Associate! The L’Oréal USA 12-Month Junior Marketing Associate program allows creative visionaries and strategic thinkers to enhance their marketing knowledge in a fast-paced and hands-on environment. The JMA program is paid opportunity that requires a candidate who has graduated with a degree within the last 12 months and is able to work up to 40 hours per week.
- Work with Head of Brand Engagement to scale influencer strategy, with a focus on driving micro-tier engagement and innovative campaign execution, and content creation & director
- Source and contract influencers and content for Pureology: Point of contact for key influencer partners, ensuring brand experience is “white glove” service at all times
- Track and manage new influencers and programs via Trackker
- Manage day-to-day influencer program execution, from recruitment to briefing to measurement and optimization
- Be on-top of daily, weekly, TikTok Trends, experience on low-fi content creation personally
- Co-Manage TikTok Posting Schedule
- Manage mailer strategy and execution, responsibilities include planning, vendor management, and execution
- Maintain and establish industry contacts with influencers and key players across various verticals
- Assist with monthly/quarterly influencer mailers and recap reports
- Assist in preparation for team/brand/retailer meetings
- Administrative support, IMC and Retail Marketing teams
- Lead their own, individual strategic projects that support growth of influencer marketing and social media and present their findings & business recommendations to the team
- Report information on the latest products, trends, and insights across platforms (social media, blog, print/digital magazines)
- Continuously research and compile information on competitive campaigns, product launches, influencer, industry and social trends
- Present findings to team and brand managers on a weekly basis
- Work closely with Manager of Influencer and Social to manage brand social handles
Required Qualifications
What We Are Looking For:
- Recent graduate (within 12 months) of a BA degree or MA degree with no gap more than 5 months in education history in a marketing or digital related field
- Previous internship related to social media, influencer outreach
- Plus: Huge affinity to beauty content creation, enjoys creating content, TikTok affluent, can create content
- Legally authorized to work in the US on a fulltime, permanent, and ongoing basis without requiring sponsorship now or in the future
- Very Organized, Self-starter and capable of working under minimum supervision
- Well-developed computer skills, including Word, Excel and Power Point required
- Ability to manage, prioritize multiple assignments and work efficiently while remaining flexible to unforeseen changes in direction
- Flexibility to commute back and forth to the location B20of the specific Junior Marketing Associate role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills, planning skills and follow up skills
- Enthusiastic team player, creative/innovative thinker with a passion for process improvement
- Excellent problem-solving skills, strong attention to detail, and sense of urgency in a fast paced work environment
