Job Summary:

This position is responsible for overall commercial and residential sales for their region. This position works in conjunction with the VP of Sales and the President to create, implement, and maintain sales revenue, sales contracts/relationships, and promotions throughout the year.

Job Responsibilities:

· Contact regular and prospective customers to demonstrate products, explain product features, and solicit orders.

· Recommend products to customers, based on customers’ needs and interests.

· Answer all customer questions about products, prices, and availability.

· Estimate or quote prices, credit or contract terms, and delivery dates.

· Resolve all customer problems and provide ongoing support.

· Identify prospective customers by using business directories, following leads from existing clients, participating in organizations and clubs, and attending trade shows and conferences.

· Prepare drawings, estimates, and bids that meet specific customer needs.

· Monitor market conditions, product innovations, and competitors’ products, prices, and sales.

· Plan, assemble, and stock product displays in retail stores, or make recommendations to retail site managers regarding product displays, promotional programs, and advertising.
