Director of Marketing
Job Description
MTG Services has been retained to locate a Director of Marketing with a minimum of seven (7) years of experience. Specifically, we are only interested in speaking with candidates with direct experience working for a company that provides services to the mortgage industry. Examples of companies include Credit Reporting Agencies, Consulting Companies, Mortgage Servicers, Default Management Services, Mortgage Insurance Companies, or other organizations that support the mortgage industry.
This senior-level role maintains responsibility for building and supervising a team of exceptional talent spanning corporate creative communications, public relations, social media, marketing, and sales support. This role also oversees the creation of development of all marketing collateral, development of advertising campaigns, RFP management, and media relations.
Qualifications:
- 7 years of experience in sales, marketing, advertising, public relations and brand management supporting a mortgage services company
- 5 years of direct, hands-on management experience
- Undergraduate degree required, advanced degree preferred

Pay: $150,000.00 – $210,000.00 per year
