Summary:

The Marketing Director is on the leadership team and reports to the CEO. They provide hands-on leadership to develop and execute clearly defined marketing strategies to convert brand equity into revenue opportunities. This leader drives growth through brand awareness, lead generation, relationship development, along with repeat sales for acquisitions and investigations. They are responsible for developing and updating Marksmen marketing materials, website, advertising, and other promotional activities by performing the duties outlined below personally or in coordination with others internal to Marksmen or outside vendors.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Develop marketing plans to boost sales, within budget
  • Analyze market trends to outperform competitors
  • Handle diverse advertising and promotion campaigns
  • Negotiate with service providers and agencies
  • Supervise production of promotional materials
  • Adjust marketing tactics based on results and research
  • Watch and respond to competitive marketing moves
  • Maintain a consistent corporate image
  • Monitor competitor activities closely
  • Note: This position works from our Alpine, UT office and is not remote.

Qualifications:

  • Experience with a wide range of marketing functions, including communications, advertising, branding, digital marketing, and social media
  • Ability to build rapport, establish trust and maintain client satisfaction
  • Demonstrated ability to determine solutions for customers
  • Organized and creative problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced work environment
  • Exceptional project management skills with the ability to effectively organize and manage multiple priorities while keeping attention to detail at the forefront
  • Ability to work both independently and within a team environment

Education and/or Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing (or similar) from an accredited college or university
  • 8 or more years of experience in digital marketing
  • Proven leadership experience

Computer Skills:

  • Highly computer literate
  • Proficient in using contact management software (Hubspot or similar)
  • Experience in using Customer Relations Management software (Salesforce preferred)

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
